Why Boycott French products?

• France's threatened veto of the additional UN resolution has caused world opinion to go against the US. Had they helped get a UN resolution passed there probably not be as many protests as we're currently seeing. This also makes it less likely for Saddam to leave Iraq on his own and puts our troops in danger, and increases the risk of terrorism here in the U.S.
• The French have making war more likely, not less likely by supporting further inspections. Saddam has had 12 years to get rid of his weapons, enough is enough.
• The French aren't helping our war against terrorism by going against us.
• We lost 106,000 soldiers freeing them from the Nazi's and now our soldiers are being threatened by their actions. Every day we delay gives Sadam a chance to shore up his defenses.
• To send the French a message that we don't appreciate their actions
• It was France that made a bargain with the PLO in the 1970s that it would not arrest Arab terrorists using France as their base planning attacks on Israel and Jews so long as they did not engage in terrorism on French soil.- from http://www.mesora.org/france/France.asp
• French government refused to allow our military planes to fly over France on their way to bomb Libya
• French government of 20 years ago that financed and built the Iraqi nuclear bomb plant
• They hate Americans mostly due to jealousy
• They are quicker to criticize George Bush than to criticize Saddam.
• We have an $11 billion trade deficit with the French.
